PLANING MILL
Our newly built planing mill is fully equipped with planing line, bunchers, bundling, cleavage line and swarf management. Here we plane all the wood for our pallet collar production. This gives us the best possible control of the wood’s quality for our products.

CUTTING
With our two state-of-the-art optimising crosscutters, we cut wood for both our pallet collar production and to various dimensions for our customers as a subcontractor.
The crosscutters cut with millimetre precision and optimise the outcome with the least possible spillage. Thanks to skilled staff and new modern cutters, the quality of the cut products is guaranteed.
Heat treatment
ISPM 15 and insect-free wood
Wood packing to be exported outside the EU* must be ISPM15 labelled, which indicates that it has been heat treated. Each pallet or pallet collar used for export must be labelled in accordance with ISPM15 requirements.
An entire shipment can be stopped at the border if it turns out that any pallets (and/or pallet collars) in a delivery do not have an approved stamp.
OLD PALLETS AND PALLET COLLARS CAN BE HEAT TREATED!
Do you have a yard full of old pallets or pallet collars that are not ISPM15-approved or stamped? We can help you get them approved. We have a state-of-the-art facility to heat the wood packing toISPM15-approved standards.

EXPORTING TO NORWAY OR OTHER NON-EU COUNTRY?
Even our neighbour Norway has imposed import requirements according to ISPM15. If even one pallet (and/or pallet collar) in a delivery does not have an approved stamp, the entire load could be stopped at the border to Norway. ISPM15 means that the wood packing must be heat treated. Each pallet or pallet collar used for export to Norway must be labelled in accordance with ISPM15 requirements. IPCC stands for “International Plant Protection Convention” SE – the country code is F2166 – the code for our company that has the Swedish Board of Agriculture’s authorisation for heat treatment and/or manufacture of wood packing. HT – Heat treatment. The heat treatment must be to at least 56 ° C for 30 minutes at the core of the wood.
